On Tuesday, January 27, An invitation was extended to Norfolk's Downtown Partners to come see the sights of Harbor Heights. Light refreshments and beer and wine were served as local business owners came to see the models for themselves. While it was a chilly night on January 27, 2009, the atmosphere inside Harbor Heights was warm with conversation as guests enjoyed the harbor views and luxurious surroundings.
